Do you only ship within Canada? 
Yes. We are only offering shipping to Canadians at this time. This might change in the future. Please read our Shipping Policy found here.
What is the Average Shipping Time? 

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days once payment has been processed. You will receive confirmation of your order from Shopify followed by an email confirming shipment.

Do you offer Combined Shipping?
No. Purchases will not be combined if ordered separately. Any additional occurred shipping fees will not be refunded. Please read our Shipping Policy found here.
Do you offer Refunds?
Yes. You will need approval and an RMA number. Please read our Refund Policy found here.
Do you accept Cryptocurrency?
Yes. Purchases made with cryptocurrency are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made with these payment methods.
Do you offer Backorders?
No. We will not be offering any Backorders for consumers. This means if you are able to place an order today it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. 
Do you offer Pre-Orders?

Yes. Pre-orders are different then backorders and we only offer them for bulk purchases and/or businesses only. Rule of thumb any order with purchases of 50+ fall into this category.

Why was my Order Canceled? 

Orders are most commonly cancelled for exceeding ordering limits. Shopify limits can be bypassed and any orders found doing so will be canceled and refunded.

What is the Helium Network?

What is a Data Only Hotspot?
Data-Only Helium Hotspot is a variation of Helium Hotspots that can participate on the Helium Network by transferring data from the end devices (LoRaWAN nodes). They are eligible for Network Data Transfer Rewards but not Proof of Coverage Rewards.
Which Antenna should I get?
Depends. We would recommend this article by Nik Hawks.
Should I have a Lightning Arrestor?
Yes. When using an outdoor antenna, please consider installing surge protection devices on the antenna and/or ethernet cables. Even the electrical field of a nearby lightning strike can destroy all connected equipment (also inside the building).
Do you sell Coax Cables?

No. We recommend supporting a local electronics and cable store. This way you can get the cable you need while supporting local businesses.

When will things be Restocked?

Due to global shortages supplies have been limited. Hotspots have a lead-time of roughly 20 weeks. Sensors, Antennas and Accessories are restocked roughly every 3 weeks.

What are Order Limits?
Due to stock shortages we place limits on products. The only stock limit is on the SenseCAP M1 Hotspot. Due to stock limitations orders are limited to maximum 2 per address at this time.
