Where do you ship?

Worldwide, to about 200 countries (we can't ship to Russia or Belarus). Outside Canada, shipping is calculated by the carrier at checkout and there's no free shipping. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. If your country isn't offered at checkout, contact us.

How much is shipping?

Canada: free on orders of CAD $99 or more to AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, ON, PE, QC and SK. Orders under $99 are $15. Free shipping excludes oversized items and rural and northern areas.

  • Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut always pay Canada Post rates, calculated at checkout.
  • Oversized items (such as the Rokland and Seeed 8dBi antennas) are always $18.99 and never ship free.
  • Outdoor enclosures are regular items, so free-shipping rules apply to them like anything else.

Pallets: a flat CAD $350 in most of Canada, CAD $1,000 to NL and the territories, and calculated at checkout outside Canada. Free-shipping codes don't apply. Contact us for a freight quote. Business solutions has wholesale and pallet orders.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock items ship from Ontario, about 2 hours from Toronto, within 3-5 business days. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes, all prices are in CAD.

Which antenna do I need?

It depends on where it's mounted and what's around it. Our Antenna Setup Planner recommends an antenna, cable, mount and lightning arrestor from what's in stock. You can also ask us.

Do I need an enclosure for an outdoor or rooftop install?

Yes. Indoor hotspots and gateways aren't weatherproof. Pick the enclosure that matches your device:

Want everything in one box? The Outdoor Enclosure Kit for LoRaWAN Gateways, the Outdoor Enclosure Kit for SenseCAP M1 and the Outdoor Enclosure Kit for Bobcat 300 each include the enclosure, a McGill 6 dBi antenna and a 50 ft N-N cable. The hotspot or gateway isn't included.

In hot, sunny spots, add the RAKwireless Solar Shield Kit. The SenseCAP M1 bundles already include an enclosure and antenna.

Installing a lot of gateways? The RAK enclosure also comes as a pallet of 90.

Should I use a lightning arrestor?

Yes, for any outdoor antenna. A nearby strike can damage everything connected to the antenna line, including equipment indoors. Fit an arrestor between the antenna and the cable going inside, and ground it.

Can I return something?

Returns are available for orders shipped within Canada only. Orders shipped to the United States or any other country outside Canada are final sale and can't be returned, exchanged or refunded. For Canadian orders, most items can be returned within 30 days with an RMA number. Contact us first, and don't send items back without one. Hotspots, gateways and bundles marked "All sales final" can't be returned. See our Refund Policy.

Do you sell to businesses or in bulk?

Yes. We offer wholesale, bulk cases and pallets. Orders of 50+ units can be pre-ordered. See Business solutions.

Is there a discount for buying more than one enclosure?

Yes. On the RAKwireless Outdoor Enclosure for RAK, volume pricing applies automatically at checkout with no code needed: 10% off each when you buy 2-4, 20% off for 5-9, and 30% off for 10 or more. A pallet of 90 is the lowest cost per unit. Volume pricing can't be combined with free-shipping discount codes. The free shipping over $99 in eligible provinces still applies. What is a data-only hotspot?

A data-only hotspot forwards data from LoRaWAN sensors and trackers to the Helium network. It doesn't take part in coverage verification. It's a lower-cost way to give your own devices connectivity.

What is the Helium Network?

It's a public LoRaWAN network run by independent hotspot owners, used to connect low-power sensors and trackers. Live coverage is at world.helium.com. We don't make any promises about network rewards or earnings.

Do you accept cryptocurrency?

Yes, you can pay with crypto through Solana Pay at checkout.

Is there a limit on how many I can buy?

No, there are no purchase limits on any product.
