Shipping

Orders are picked, packed and shipped within 3–5 business days from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping within Canada

Free shipping on orders of CAD $99 or more, except to rural and northern areas (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, and rural zones) and except oversized items and pallets, which are always charged.

Other orders use live rates from the best-priced Canadian carrier, shown at checkout.

Typical delivery is 3–9 business days after shipping.

Shipping outside Canada

We ship worldwide (except Russia and Belarus). Rates are calculated at checkout, including Canada Post Tracked Packet and courier options.

United States: prices shown in USD include import duties and taxes, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after shipping.

All other countries: import duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are paid by the buyer on delivery and aren't included in our prices or shipping rates.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Oversized or very heavy orders, and orders that need more than one package, may need an extra freight charge. We'll contact you before shipping if so.

We can't ship to PO boxes with courier services. PO box orders ship by Canada Post or USPS, or we'll contact you.

Separate orders aren't combined.

Returns are for orders shipped within Canada only. Please read our Return and refund policy and contact us for an RMA number before sending anything back.
