Bulk order FAQ
How does volume pricing on outdoor enclosures work?
Volume pricing applies only to the RAKwireless outdoor enclosure for RAK gateways: buying 2 or more takes 10% off, 5 or more takes 20% off and 10 or more takes 30% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and doesn't combine with discount codes. Other items are sold at their listed price, or by the pallet.
Can I buy outdoor enclosures by the pallet?
Yes. A pallet holds 90 RAKwireless outdoor enclosures for $9,000 CAD, which works out to $100 CAD each. Pallets ship by freight, so shipping is calculated at checkout or in your quote.
Do bulk orders get free shipping?
Free shipping is for Canadian orders of $99 CAD and up, excluding oversized items and rural and northern areas. Pallets are oversized, so they always pay calculated freight. Send a quote request and we'll price delivery to your address.
Do you ship bulk orders outside Canada?
Yes, we ship everywhere. Shipping outside Canada is calculated at checkout or in your quote. Please note that orders shipped outside Canada are final sale; returns are for Canadian orders only.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. Choose your quantities, add your email and any notes, and press Send quote request. Real people read every request, and we'll reply by email.
