If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for an RMA number before returning any product. Returns are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase with approval. Do not return any items without an RMA, as they will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error, in which case standard return shipping will be refunded. Items must be adequately packed and, whenever possible, returned in the original packaging; returns received without original packaging or refused deliveries may be subject to a restocking fee to cover incurred costs.

If you have used a partner discount code to purchase an item, please note that Mapping Network does not offer returns on items purchased using these methods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to reach out to the partner who issued you the code.

Due to the high risk of certain items we do not offer any exchanges or returns on Hotspots, Gateways and Miners. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Mapping Network does not offer any exchanges or returns on electronics as these items are deemed final sale.

Purchases made with cryptocurrency are final. Mapping Network does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made with these payment methods. By making a purchase on www.mappingnetwork.ca you are agreeing to these terms.

Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges on the returned shipments once you receive an RMA number. Standard return shipping costs, however, will be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Please make sure the product is adequately packed, and whenever possible please return products in the original packaging they were sent to you in. Returns received not in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

If your item is deemed defective and you need to initiate a return, please wait for our customer service team to issue you an RMA number. This number will have to be written on your shipping label or your Return will not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and that the refund is in process. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order.

Exchanges are not supported. Customers may return their original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement if there is stock. You will be responsible for paying the new price for the replacement item.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the refund to be processed once your shipment is returned. If at any time you have any questions regarding the status of your return, please contact us.

Wrong Address: Mapping Network will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, address will be used that is provided during checkout, if there is an error in this address Mapping Network will not be liable to refund or replace the product, additional products can be purchased at the buyer's expense.

Change of Address: Address changes happen and we will do our best to make address changes on orders. If you do need an address change please arrange to do it early to ensure it gets to the correct location.

Price Correction: Mapping Network does not offer price correction or price matching for any orders or business solution orders.

Liability and risk of loss pass on to you once we transfer the product(s) to the postal carrier. Mapping Network will not be responsible or refund the purchase price for items lost in the mail or when tracking shows that the package has been delivered to the address.
