Outdoor Enclosure Kit for LoRaWAN Gateways (gateway not included)

An outdoor kit for a RAK Hotspot Miner, RAK7244, RAK7244C, RAK7244P or a similar gateway. The hotspot or gateway itself is not included.

What's in the box

• 1x RAKwireless Outdoor Enclosure for RAK (SKU A10001): enclosure, PoE injector with power cord, PoE splitter (USB Type-C, 5 V/2.4 A out), internal antenna cable (N-type to RP-SMA male), zip ties, PVC tape and waterproof tape
• 1x McGill Microwave 6dBi Tuned Antenna (902–929 MHz, N-male connector) with mounting brackets
• 1x RBT LMR 200-Series Coaxial Cable, N female to N male, 50 ft

How it connects

The antenna's N-male connector goes into the N-female end of the 50 ft cable. The cable's N-male end goes into the enclosure's N-female bulkhead. Inside the enclosure, the included N-type to RP-SMA male cable goes to the gateway's antenna jack.

Notes

• The included PoE injector and splitter are 10/100 Mbps, not Gigabit. Use a 10/100 port on your router or switch, or source a Gigabit PoE injector and splitter.
• A lightning arrestor and a mounting pole are not included. We recommend a lightning arrestor for any outdoor antenna install.
